FullBites is a version of the popular product known as FullBar. They claim that they are the revolutionary weight loss snack that will help you to stay full if you just eat a few 30 minutes before any given meal. They claim that you will eat less, and it has 3 “delicious flavors” meant to help you to stop counting calories, writing down everything you eat, and essentially speaking stop making up things that you never end up doing anyway without seeing success in general terms.
But is this really possible? And frankly, is a simple snack such as this really going to make that big of a difference? And moreover, what are all of these so called amazing and revolutionary ingredients? Well, it’s interesting, but not so valid necessarily speaking. And we’re always skeptical of snacks that supposedly work as natural appetite suppressants to a degree that they want you to pay more than a few bucks for a bag.
They use a blend realistically speaking of fibers. And we don’t mean fibers like glucomannan, which has actually been proven to expand in the stomach and suppress appetite. We mean whole grain cornmeal and torula yeast mixed with soy, vegetable oil, and molasses among other things. Realistically speaking, we wouldn’t actually call these filling ingredients, appetite suppressants, or anything of that type. They’re not even close to clinically proven!
So obviously, this formula isn’t going to fill you up. It isn’t going to suppress appetite, it isn’t going to do anything like that. This in mind, you could actually get the same effect with a bag of low fat potato chips, and probably the same amount of calories as well. Realistically speaking, it will only make you fatter rather than thinner, and it will have little to no effect on your appetite in general.
If you are looking for a simple appetite suppressant, a natural appetite suppressant, the cheapest option would be water. Drink 8oz of water right before the big meals of your day, and you would actually get a greater effect than you would get with this particular formula. You could chew gum and get a greater appetite suppressing effect than you would get with FullBites.
But if you want a natural appetite suppressant that will make a huge difference and you have to pay for, try glucomannan. That is an all natural fiber made out of konjac root, that you obviously will not find in this particular formula. That particular fiber will also pass through the system without leaving anything behind, and generally speaking, those formulas don’t actually have the fat content and otherwise extra calories that you will find here.
We would definitely recommend that you find something else. FullBites will not help you to lose weight, they will not help you to achieve any results in general. There are plenty of other products outside of FullBites to consider, and those could possibly actually give you the benefits you are looking for, and all without fat or side effects for that matter.
