We first found Ultimate Cleanse on a site called the “poop report”, which obviously is quite entertaining to say the least, even if you’re not used to the dirty subtleties of poo as Koreans in particular seem to be with a character they basically call “Jimmy Poo.”  But anyway, basically speaking, they talk about it and how the Ultimate Cleanse apparently claims to be the next miracle diet product.  Apparently, it is meant to be the ultimate health product in a bottle.

They talk about using no common allergens, and they generally sell through multiple health stores within the United States.  For that reason, they will probably not run out of sales outlets, online either, for a certain period of time.  People see it on the shelves, and whether they have actually heard of it before or not, it seems appealing, simple, easy.

So to their credit, they do have some descent ingredients, which we weren’t actually expecting from a health food store brand. They have some cleansers like milk thistle and dandelion root.  They have some ingredients that would actually help you to get greater results with herbs and certain antioxidants in general.  They have some fibers that would help you to move your digestive system along.

But they also have other complimentary ingredients such as good bacteria known as lactobacillus acidophilus, which is also one of the top 10 superfoods.  So all in all, in this way, their formula is not actually horribly gone wrong like so many others.  We never thought we would say that about this particular product.

However, it’s not just that.  That’s not actually the whole story.  The Ultimate Cleanse may have some of the right ingredients.  But it lacks the right amounts or any appropriate amounts at all to be honest.   Without these amounts, good cleansing ingredients turn into simple diuretics. We realize, in some ways that doesn’t make sense.  After all, with more you would think that the simple problems would just become worse.  But unfortunately, this is unusual.  With amounts too small, it doesn’t have the power to do the real job, but it has enough power to cause side effects as a diuretic.

But then, with the other ingredients, they also require certain amounts, and unfortunately with these ingredients, if you don’t use the right amounts, they just don’t have any benefits at all. The nice thing is they don’t come with side effects and problems like the diuretics.  So all in all, we would recommend choosing something else.  For one thing, we would recommend choosing something that actually works and actually gives you everything you need instead of just half the story.
