Last week, posted an article suggesting that ranchers in Brazil were covertly using Agent Orange to illegally clear patches of the rainforest. The article received several comments  on most sites where it was syndicated, mostly outraged that this could be occurring; however, there were some that were skeptical.

Agent Orange is a combination of 2,4,5-T and 2,4-D; however, the 2,4,5-T was found to be contaminated with 2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzodioxin, also known as TCDD, which is a very toxic dioxin compound.

With my breast reconstruction I had a TRAM flap procedure which is basically where they take abdominal tissue and muscles and take them from the tummy and make you new girls with them. I am finally healed from the surgery and I have started noticing that something may not be quite right. Have you ever played with play dough and you push your finger in and it sinks? Well this is starting to happen with my new girls. I am realizing that something is wrong and I was getting concerned when we pushed on my girls I would get the same indentation that I would get with play dough.

What its like to be reborn By Vickie Girard

We cancer patients receive a unique gift. Yes, we know what its like to come too close to death, but we also know what its like to be reborn. I remember vividly the day I stepped outside the hospital -released at last from weeks of undergoing a bone marrow transplant. Oh, if that wonderful rush of the senses could be bottled, it would be worth a thousand times its weight in gold.

It was a beautiful summer day, but beautiful is inadequate.
