Moroccan food, which borrows inspiration from and Middle Eastern culture, is exotic and diverse, but that doesnt mean you cant make it in your own home as part of a healthy diet.

Moroccan food uses very distinct flavors and spices, such as cumin, coriander, saffron, chiles, dried ginger, cinnamon, and paprika, all of which give a flavor boost without adding fat or calories.

Youve probably heard that tell you to drink a full glass of water or eat an apple before beginning a meal to curb your appetite.

The new version of the happy meal will offer less french fries than before, a smaller portion and include apple slices. The choice of beverage will include fat free chocolate milk or 1 percent milk in addition to soda. Previously, you could choose low-fat chocolate milk (2 percent) or whole milk.
