Running when done correctly is a very enjoyable experience and a great at stimulating the body as well as being a potent stress reliever. The fact of the matter is that when it comes to working out nothing feels quite like a run. Be it an interval workout, playing a sport, swimming or doing some cross trainer in the gym nothing beats a good outdoor run and getting in

The second is they have poor knee health, mobility and movement in general. It seems that a sedentary lifestyle and all that comes with it really comes in the way of our bodies doing their natural ability to regulate synovial fluid in the joints which keeps them strong, mobile and healthy

I train a variety of people and always start with its not hard to tell that the most problematic area for most people in terms of mobility is the knee-joint, they creak, crack and crunch throughout the knee mobilisation exercises.

Plateaus are often the bodys way of recalibrating and adjusting to the changes youve brought about. But if youre like me, you can only handle a plateau for so long before you get a twitchy eye and the urge to throw your scale through the bathroom window.
