They say that the hardest part is the start. Starting your journey to fitness and better health could be an intimidating or daunting task especially if you’ve never been active before outside your physical education class. However, once you get past that hump of actually starting, you feel great. You feel pumped. Yo

If, at a seminar for fitness trainers, I asked what newsletters or journals they read on a regular basis I think most would answer with one of the fitness profession newsletters or association journals. If I asked which websites they read most often -other than febook :) Im fairly sure that it would be a fitness website. If I asked which magazines they read most often its usually fitness magazines.

When I ask what they charge and why its usually based on what other gyms charge or other trainers in my area,  instead of a cost analysis and step away outcomes.

Last year, a friend of mine had a real concern. Her grandson, aged seven, was playing football at school and got injured. This was not just any injury, though. He suffered from a concussion that has left long lasting challenges both physical and mental. This one injury has changed his life completely. He can no longer attend school regularly nor play his beloved football.

Ironically, when the injury first occurred, it didn’t seem like a big deal. That is one of the issues with brain injury, things can become worse later.
